Why did you decide to move?  We were looking for a second home / winter escape.  Prices were better than USA for a similar beach front condo and we love the culture

Where else did you consider?   Sanibel, Florida

What were your considerations?  More cost-effective living, beach front living, golf, easy to get around, having many choices of what to do, culture

What was the main reason(s) you moved here?  Really, all of the above

Top 3 things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now?

• Living in an area that is easily accessible to conveniences and offers a variety of experiences is paramount
• Do your homework, know the legal aspects of living in a foreign country
• Investigate resources such as EXPATS.  Having a network of friends makes out-of-country living more enjoyable
