Where are you living now / where are you from: We are currently living in California near Sacramento.
Timeframe for a move: We are looking to purchase a home in the next couple of months and rent it out until we are able to fully retire there.
Where else are you considering: Would LOVE to live in Italy!!! But just too far to have family visit!!!
Why Vallarta: The water, the weather, the views, the lush vegetation, a different pace of life, the airport, the closeness to California and my Grandchildren!!!
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you: I need to narrow down a fabulous place to live and also a place that can rent well until we are able to sell our home here and move full time. We love Conchas Chinas – any other suggestions? Also, If we are spending months down there at a time, what do we do about our USA mail and bills!
