Where did you live previously? 17 years prior to moving to Puerto Vallarta in 2002 I lived in Vancouver Canada
What part of town do you live in? Alta Vista, above old Town
Why did you decide to move to Vallarta? I vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for 15 years before moving here, my first visit in 1986 I knew this is where I was going to retire. However during my last vacation in 2002 I discovered I could work in Puerto Vallarta, didn’t have to wait to retirement. I went home on February 2, 2002 did a little research made a sign put it on my front lawn “house for sale by owner” less than 24 hours house was sold, by March 26 I had sold everything in my 5 bedroom house + a 2 bedroom suite, except my cookwear and art supplies and momentos from my children and grandchildren, packed up my car and drove myself to my new home Puerto Vallarta, I have never looked back, my family visits a lot and I visit Canada enough. I have a very successful Property Management business and enjoy all aspects of living in Puerto Vallarta.
