Where did you live previously: We currently live about 5 months of the year in New Buffalo, Michigan which is about an hour from Chicago.
When did you move to Vallarta: Gale purchased a timeshare in 1982. We purchased our condo in 2004.
What part of town do you live in: Marina
Why did you decide to move to Vallarta: One week a year was not enough. And, because we love Vallarta.
What other places did you consider: We considered Maui but it was too far away for our friends to visit.
What were the main reason(s) you moved here: We moved to Vallarta because we love being in Vallarta. A lot of our friends vacation here as well. The Mexican culture is wonderful.
What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:
Vallarta is a beautiful place to live and play.
Contrary to the USA media, Vallarta is a very safe place to live.
The doctors, hospitals and medical services are some of the best in the world and much less expensive than in the USA.
