Why Vallarta:  I first came to PV in 1964…..what a crazy car ride that was.  Then again in 1984.  My working life has put the permanent move on hold until now.

How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:  How complicated might it be to bring my indoor elderly cat with me and find a one bedroom rental that would take us.
