Why Vallarta:  I love it. I feel at home in PV. The community is very welcoming, city is charming, big but no too big, easy to get around, great public transportation, not too far from the States, beautiful, close to many beautiful locations, airport close by, diverse, colorful, incredible food, accepting.

How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:  Hoping to make contacts with expats or owners who don’t live in PV that need help with their vacation rentals. I plan to work as a vacation rental caretaker. I have over 20 years experience in Hotel management and 5 years in vacation rental management, managing cleanings, inspections, reviews, solving problems, emergency contact, invoicing, booking, maintenance etc.
