Where are you living now / where are you from: Seattle, WA area.

Timeframe for a move: Well, Jim took a two yr mid life in PVR (1999-2001)–so has lived in PV. He first took Tessa in 2006–and asked her to marry him at sunset on the beach in Yelapa. We feel in love with PV too! We come for 2 week visit most yrs. (1 week in PV–1 week in Yelapa) And hope to retire in PV area in about 2-3 years.

Where else are you considering: No where –anymore! Done–go where you know–and LOVE. Just returned from 12 days in Ecuador. It was like PV 20yr ago–the wild west! Had a great time–but not for us. PV is like going home. Just always comparing them to PV.—so have decided now,–we are done looking.

Why Vallarta: It is like going home. Once Starbucks showed up–Tessa was committed!
