Why Vallarta: Number one, the weather, number two the Mexican culture and number three Bandaras Bay.
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you: We already have many friends in Vallarta and a few hundred more wouldn’t hurt. Joining in with local activities would be great!

Hi Folks,
We are from Alberta, currently in the Bucerias area and have been advised by a woman at the flamingoes beach and golf condos next door to your Del Conto bldg. Our present landlord is having a family wedding so we cannot get their condo until Holy Week again, and no thanks. Currently suffering through it now and definitely do not wish to do this again.
Would you consider renting your condo February 2016 for a month and if so what amount would you ask?
We are ages 66 & 59, non smokers, with no pets. We have been coming to the area 15 years and appreciate a well looked after property. We are confident our present landlord will provide a reference should you require one.
