Timeframe for a move: Looking for a 2nd home. Most of my family lives in Boise so I will need a place here as well.
Why Vallarta: Near International airport primarily and of course gorgeous beaches and warm weather!!!
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you: I need to know what areas are best for me to rent long term and safest for a single woman. I want to stay on a fairly conservative budget so I’m wondering what I can get for $800.00 per month near the Ocean. If that is possible or not or If I need to go higher for rent in my budget.

I am thinking of visiting Vallarta in May for about six months… maybe longer. Noticed your listing and hope to meet you. Sounds crazy… and maybe it is actually. I am a normal, average guy… professional type. Just thought you might enlighten me.

I just retired to PV in late 2013 and needed to make most of my new living arrangememt decisions for my move to PV from the US. I have a 3bd. 3ba and am single. It would have been a blessing if I could have stayed with someone for a week (up to 2 months) to visit my choices for my perfect rental in PV. My charge is only $125.00 a week with no other charges for you to stay with me . This includes internet, A/C, water, gas, cable and unlimited U.S. phone useage.This would give you the opportunity to visit many rentals and make a educated choice in chosing the best living arrangements for your planned expenses.
I do not smoke, have a cat named Murphy and live about 1 mile North of the airport. Bus service is .60 to downtown. Would be happy to pick you up from the airport. Also if you chose to go on a timeshare visit, that $$$ would cover your expenses for the first month of being in PV.
Give this some thought and if it does not work for you, I’m sure something will come to pass soon, Trenie
