Where are you living now / where are you from:  We live in Conley, Georgia; just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
Timeframe for a move:  Within the next 5 years, maybe sooner depending on finding out more information on retiring abroad.
Where else are you considering:  Dominican Republic
Why Vallarta:  Is still fairly close to the US when we get to the age of Medicare. Would make it easier to get across the border if we need to.
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:  My partner/spouse and I are currently 50 and 55. We hope to retire in the next 5 years and have been considering Puerto Vallarta. Are there other people in our age group that retire that early? If so, what are some of the things a couple must consider before/to make a move to retire in Puerto Vallarta? Is our younger age a hindrance at the moment?
