Why Vallarta:  I visited PV for the first time in 1979 at age 22, and was totally charmed by it, and thought even then about living there some day. From then till the 90s I visited a few more times, and my desire for a major life change increased. Now at age 60, I have no kids, no major debt, and no mortgage. I’m retired, and my income makes it very tight in Ft. Lauderdale, though I get by. I look forward to finally making this dream come true
