Where did you live previously:  Evergreen, CO. We close on our condo in Vallarta in Sept.
What part of town do you live in:  Southside
Why did you decide to move to Vallarta:  After vacationing here for 30 years we have decided to make this our home. Love the friendly people, culture, volunteer opportunities and all of the activities around town. We plan to make this our base to explore the rest of Mexico.
What other places did you consider:  Kona
What were the main reason(s) you moved here:  Beach, Culture, Beach, the People, Beach.
We grew up in So. Cal and though we love Colo., we need our beach.
What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:  It took us a year to find the perfect place to call home. We were looking for Pet Friendly and close to the beach. Explore  different neighborhoods. Rent if possible to get a feel for different areas. If considering buying, find a good realtor who knows the different neighborhoods. Learn Spanish.
