What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:

• Don’t over-analyze this decision as it is so easy to talk yourself out of doing something you are so unfamiliar with.
• Consider the area you want to live in carefully based on your age, mobility and what you like to do with your spare time, i.e. hills, stairs, cobble stones, proximity to groceries, doctors, dentists, salons, restaurants, theater etc.
• Weigh up your options of becoming a full time permanent resident, it might be worth it to you but it might also not be, i.e. health care in your current situation vs here, tax implications to name just two things to consider.
