Why did you decide to move to Vallarta:  Pierre Elliot Trudeau

What other places did you consider:  none. We flew here in a C-172 in 1968 and fell in love. We came back each year since.

What were the main reason(s) you moved here:  Climate, friendly people, at the time it was a lazy fishing village or pop. 10M. Since then we’ve built Hotel Casa Anita a 30 room boutique all suites hotel. We also have developed other rental properties properties around the bay

What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:  Rent for a year or two before making a commitment, learn Spanish, mingle with the locals. (Join Expatsinvallarta)
