Why did you decide to move to Vallarta:  We came here 14 years ago and loved it. It’s warm and beautiful and wanted a place to call home while we travel.

What other places did you consider:  Italy and Portugal

What were the main reason(s) you moved here:  Weather, friendly people, inexpensive and close to my family in Oregon.
What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:

• Don’t rent apartments sight unseen!
• Seek out local markets for groceries.
• Learn a basic Spanish vocabulary.
