What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:  I can sum it up. After researching many places nothing compares to Puerto Vallarta. Weather, people, amount of English spoken, Medical care, restaurant choices, Grocery stores and available products. Home depot, Walmart, Costco, Sams. We have it all.
