Where did you live previously: We retired here from Grand Junction, Colorado. I was born and raised in New York State.

What part of town do you live in: Marina

Why did you decide to move to Vallarta: We love the weather, the people and scenery.

What were the main reason(s) you moved here: We came to visit for 6 years, each visit was longer, but the last time we didn’t want to leave.

What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:

  • If you apply for a permanent resident status at the consulate prior to making the move, the process is pretty simple.
  • If you are shipping things here, you now need to do paperwork at the consulate before sending it.
