What part of town do you live in: Old Town / El Coloso

Why did you decide to move to Vallarta:  Didn’t decide. An extremely good friend/client of mine asked me to come here to sell off her real estate investments as she’s at an age can no longer visit or spend time here. Then I met someone out of the ordinary that fits my personality and life outlook, so I stayed.

What other places did you consider:  Croatia and Lanquedoc Rousillion south of France

What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now:  Nothing NYC didn’t teach me. Be street smart, stay true to who you are, don’t fall into the local expat drama community, remember why you are here or why you came and live your life the way you wan
