Why Vallarta:
Getting away from American politics, for one! We are retiring from firefighting and teaching, and want to do something completely different.
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:
We are about 5 years from retirement, and starting to explore possibilities now. Thinking about a 6-month residence to maintain our “stake” in San Francisco. No idea what we are doing, but love the idea of PV or surrounding areas. Have visited 4 times and just love the area. Lower cost of living would be grand, but concerned about healthcare options and other practicalities.
