Timeframe for a move:  We have 3 years before we retire. We purchased a condo in the Conchas Chinas area in January and spend approx. 3 months a year in Puerto Vallarta now. Our plan is to move to Puerto Vallarta in 3 years.

Why Vallarta:  After traveling all over the world, we found ourselves always returning to Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta has won our hearts.
