Why Vallarta: The PV residents are very kind, caring, and hard working people. I have been going to PV each winter for 22 yrs and always stay in Old Town as I feel it is like its own little village. I know my way around Downtown/Old Town. I see many friends whom I have met over the years and yet always meeting new people every year.
